The staff here were friendly and welcoming, the location of this place was great, and it was conveniently close to the bus stop for Grandvalira, gondola, and Grandvalira.

Phil
The location was great, right next to old town. Enjoyed the price of our triple room and its essentials. A safe, central heating, and multi-channel television in the room were useful.

Location is excellent, bus station is very close to the hotel! Nice view if you have a room with balcony. A lot of parkings around the hotel, one is in 10 metres from the hotel and costs only 2 euro per day.
Breakfasts are not very good, no fried eggs or omlette, nothing hot, everyday is the same: croissants, corn flakes, yogurt... Coffee is not good!

Location is ok and the room was clean.
Very poor breakfast - the coffee machine broke down so there was only instant coffee, cheapest kind of ham and cheese, stale bread and the breakfast room is as charming as a parking garage. The whole hotel is "sloppy" - there was a weather forecast on the notice board that was a week old when we came - it was still there when we left. The elevator wouldn't go to all floors. The lobby/bar is the only place with internet access - old and uncomfortable furniture, no charm whatsoever. We will not return.

The room with river views was clean and had a private safe, central heating, and TV, while the terrace overlooking the river was a delightful bonus.

The location was super dope, with sick views of the mountains and riverside. We were just a stone's throw away from the epic ski resorts of Pal and Soldeu, where we shredded the slopes like boss! And guess what? The hotel hooked us up with sick ski equipment rental right there! It was a dream come true for all us ski fans. The hotel also had family rooms, so our whole crew could chill together. it was a rad vacation for us party-going teenagers!
If there's one thing we could've asked for to make our stay even more lit, it would be some sick party vibes. We wanted to turn it up and have a wild time, but the hotel lacked some cool nightlife options for young people like us.

I recently stayed at Hotel Pere D'Urg 3000 for a few nights while visiting the area. The hotel's location was fantastic, offering stunning views of the riverside and a beautiful mountain range in the background. The staff at Pere D'Urg 3000 went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and their pet-friendly policy was a huge plus for us as our dog absolutely loved it there. The breakfast was delicious, the bedding was clean and fresh, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and welcoming. The presence of an elevator and the option for a room with a balcony added to our positive experience.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great location, very well connected to the city and convenient for my business trip. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was good enough to start the day. the staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant.
There were a few aspects that could be improved. The walls were somewhat thin, which sometimes made it difficult to sleep due to noise from other rooms.

the receptionist, Emiliano, exceeded my expectations with his intelligence and helpfulness, truly keeping me engaged throughout my stay. I must say, he deserves a raise! Another standout staff member was Rodrigo, our bartender, who provided excellent guidance and made navigating the city a breeze. Nico, the night receptionist, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel like part of the family. the hotel itself was comfortable enough, and I particularly loved having a balcony with the soothing sound of the river below. a trouble, free and enjoyable experience. Cons: Nothing bad to say 👍.
